You advise in my account for a free premium trial but since I have already paid for premium in the past I am no longer eligible. Don’t advise to free service if I’m not eligible. That’s false advertisement and stealing.

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know about your Premium free trial @Cleante200. I'm sorry to hear you're not elegible. 

If you have an active Premium membership you can cancel it and get the free trial when it expires. I noticed that you already got in touch with our team for assistance.
