Question about new Premium Membership

Hi, Fitbit -

I’m a longtime Premium user at what was an annual rate of $49.99. Now I’ve renewed at $79.99, downloaded Coach and still can’t see the level of data detail that I used to in the Premium part of the full web version. Already did about 10 Fb messenger messages to get here. Is this just the way it is now? The Premium tab at the top of the full web version is no longer there. Please advise & thank you!

I miss the reports that were available on the full web version. 😢

I'm glad I read this before subscribing. Not paying $80 for a stripped down version of Premium.

I use:

FitBit Aria
MyFitnessPal and MapMyRide, Garmin VivoSmart

Dear Fitbit –

I am one of your biggest fans but this is my third attempt to get a straight answer on this question: why did the previous version of premium I had for $49.99 include a tab at the top of the web version screen for Premium where I could see historic data and now after renewing at $79.99, I cannot? The other moderators or Fb responders don’t even act like they know what I’m talking about. Do you know what I mean and why did you take this feature away?  Sign me,

Thanks for answering but it doesn’t address why the reports were removed despite the 60% price increase. 🤔

@CalamityORD Thanks for stopping by.

The old Premium Membership that offered historic data and reports isn't available anymore, that's why the Premium button was removed from the Dashboard too. The new Premium membership is an option you have on the Fitbit app which offers 3 features, learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?

I've moved your post to your thread because it's more related to the topic.

Well, ok, but given less reporting & 60% price increase, I will definitely review other trackers when my Blaze conks out. Thank you. Bummed!

So it appears you will get that old tab back in the way of wellness reports.
I have requested my report and if the feature works (we all know it won’t)

I will post it here.
