Sleep score with Premium

I upgraded to a Versa 2 about a month and transition for sleep scores from previous Fitbit was seamless.

However, I just signed up for Premium and my sleep scores are terrible even though based on stats I see I’ve had my best night’s sleep in quite some time.  The last couple nights I’ve been asleep longer and had more deep sleep and REM than I have in quite some time.  Despite this, my scores were a good 20 points lower than my normal nights when sleeping less.

Does the Premium calculate differently?

Hey @Heather-S , thank you for your comments and insights, as well for helping us keeping the Community in order!

@Notey3 , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for question! As FinanceBabe mentioned: the Sleep score is measured the same way for Premium users as for the non-Premium users. The advantages when using the Premium program, are that you'll get a more detailed information about the stages, personalized insights about your sleep, and tips based on your own data. One of the additional details you can see with Premium is your restoration phase, this is not shown to non Premium users.

Even if you feel more rested or you might noticed that you had a better sleep than other nights, but your score was lower, remember that the sleep score takes the different stages, as well as your heart rate and other factors during your sleep to track your score.

I recommend you to have a look at this articles, where you can have more information about Premium and Sleep Score.

@Notey3 As far as I know, Premium doesn't calculate scores any differently than non-Premium users.  I'm going to move your post to the Premium board since it's more relevant to Premium and not your Versa.

Perhaps someone on the Premium board will know more than I do, but I'm 98% sure there's no difference in sleep score between Premium and non-Premium users.
