Hi everyone. I started the free trial of Fitbit premium at the beginning of the week and I've decided not to keep it. I have followed the online instructions on how to cancel but unfortunately I'm not having any luck.
When I press they manage my subscription button on Fitbit coach it just takes me to the Play Store to download the app.
Please help.

I will never ever use FitBit again. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I had signed up for the free trial of FitBit premium/coach because of the constant reminder in the FitBit coach. Before the free trial was to end I spoke with a representative and I was told continuously that the plan was already canceled and I would not be charged. I go check my bank transactions today and money was taken out of my account. I call FitBit today and was told they could do nothing about it. Hate this company.

I agreed to the free trial but didn’t use it. I am finding it very difficult to cancel the premium now
