Questions about Fitbit Coach and Premium

I purchase an App from the App Store in Mar'19. It was labelled : Fitbit Coach, Fitbit Coach Premium and cost £29.99

1) I have an Ionic, can I sync the above app Fitbit Coach & FBP with the Ionic? How do I know it is synched?

2) Are Fitbit Coach & Fitbit Premium still two separate products? When I purchased the above app, I thought I was buying FB premium also.

3) If they are, how do I purchase Fitbit Premium! I can't find it in the App store or on the fitbit store in my   account. I know premium gets a lot of bad press, but I quite like it. I range the help line and they were not helpful at all.

I just want to buy fitbit premium and ensure coach is synched with my ionic. I don't have the option under discover.

1. Yes, you can sync Fitbit and Coach. Ionic and Premium won't be linked. You can link them by doing the procedure mentioned in this article: How do I connect other apps with my Fitbit Coach account? You can check this post to learn what's going to sync from Coach to Ionic.

2. Fitbit Premium is available only for New Zealand and Australia and Coach is available worldwide. You can learn more about it by checking this article: About Fitbit Coach and What should I know about Fitbit Premium?

3. Fitbit Premium isn't the same that it was before where you used to receive reports about your data. You will get 3 features when buying it: Detailed programs tailored to your health and fitness goals, Insights on your activity and progress throughout programs and Step-by-step workouts with Fitbit Coach. 

It can take up to 8 hours for Premium to show up but if you're still not seeing Premium features, let me know.
