Renewal trap

I have been charged with a fitbit renewal fee that I was unaware of and have been refused a refund. There is no information on the fitbit site that tells me when I am supposed to have agreed with an automatic renewal - every approach ends up with a proforma "doesn't meet refund policy" email. Most frustrating. Has anyone found a way to break through?

Hi @aussiedave1  have you checked to see if anything in this article can help you? Auto renewals purchased from Fitbit have stopped, per the article.

Thanks Odyssey13, I had seen that statement but it appears that Google
hasn't 🙄

I have an outstanding query open with them so possibly I'll hear something
soon
