I reset my inspire 2 and now I don’t have the one year trial of premium service. How do I get it back?

It's odd what you experienced. May I know if you're logged into the same account that you were before resetting the Inspire 2? If you're in the correct Fitbit account, let's try restoring your purchases by doing the following:
