Good morning Fitbit Mods and users.

As I posted earlier, due to the awful update to the sleep section of the app and the lack of response to user complaints, I have cancelled my Fitbit Premium payment and I am looking for another device with software you can easily interpret and service that actually means something to the customer instead of the vacuous platitudes we get from the AI customer service drones.

Hi, I'm like you too. The update to Goggle has made the app terrible, difficult to understand, sleep is even invented even while you are on the PC working it inserts you into one-hour naps. Couldn't you have left the app as it once was? among other things, I pay almost €10 to have terrible statistics.

I agree completely. I hate the update. The presentation of the sleep data is absurdly complicated and not useful.  Why am I paying for premium? If this isn’t addressed quickly, guess what? I’ll cancel the service QUICKLY.  Fitbit’s customers have other options.
