Runners using Fitbit with their Pixel Watch 3

I run.

I have Fitbit Premium from wanting to have great sleep tracking and I used a small Fitbit health tracker, because the Fitbit sleep detection algorithm is very good.

As a runner I was inspired when I read about the new Fitbit Premium Run Dashboard page, the new running analysis, the structured running workout builder tool, and the guidance/coaching:

"...a powerful new tool for runners: it helps you plan your runs with an all-new run workout builder, guides you through them with real time guidance, and lets you reflect on your progress every step of the way in a new Run Dashboard in the Fitbit app. It even uses advanced motion tracking and machine learning to analyze your form to help you run more efficiently and improve performance."

and

"Fitbit Premium users receive Daily Run Recommendations, powered by Google AI, tailored to your goals, preferences and previous runs and will help you hit your Target Load each day."

So I bought a Pixel Watch 3. The last two weeks I have been running and trying to track it with these new Fitbit Premium tools.

My question is about the bifurcation and splitting of all the Alphabet locations, branding, and forums. As a runner, with a question about my new product, where is a 'correct' or even effective place for me to engage with others on troubleshooting and resolving questions, and understanding how to best use all these new Fitbit Premium running features?

I have Fitbit Premium, I have a Pixel Watch 3, I run, and I am attempting to use these new tools.

I feel dismissed if I'm asked to split off and go to some other location "Google community forum"  "Fitbit Help reporting tab" "Fitbit Premium community Forum" reddit?

If there is a community of Fitbit Charge 6 users who can share experience, learn nuances, and document bugs, without getting shunted off somewhere else, threads locked etc.  Where does a runner, who has Fitbit Premium, and wants to use the new running tools with their new Pixel Watch 3 go to find active discussions with other peers who are going through the same process of using these new Fitbit Premium advanced running tools found only on their Pixel Watch 3?
