It's really frustrating that I am unable to use the 6 month free trial of premium access. It wasn't made clear that the offer has to activated within a short time of purchasing the fitbit. It's especially annoying if the fitbit was a gift and the time expires before giving it. I feel the premium offer is a scam. Not impressed.
