Sleep Graph changed when subscribed to Premium

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The Sleep Chart that showed Deep, Light, Rem, and Awake on one graph has disappeared from the iPhone app. It used to be that on the Sleep page of the app I could  tap the small rendered chart for Today (or any other day) and it would display a larger graph with Deep, Light, Rem, and Awake data on one graph. I could also turn the iphone to landscape and get an even larger chart that showed more detail.

Now when I tap the smaller chart rendering in the day list on the iPhone app), it shows a Time Asleep horizontal bar, a Deep and REM bar, and a Restoration bar (as well as some useless winter scene at the top).

Two events have changed that may be causing the issue.  I moved from an inspire 2 to a Charge 4 (Christmas present) and I signed up for Premium. Possibly it's just a bug that needs some attention. A  friend is still using her Inspire 2 with Premium and we can't find a method to get to the big chart on that device's app either.  So with very little data, either the enlarged charts (in both portrait and landscape modes) are not included with Premium or there is a bug in the firmware.  Please Advise!

@cwfly A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

When a Fitbit Premium subscription is activated, you'll get analysis of sleep duration and analysis of sleep heart rate & restlessness plus the data that you already get with sleep stages.

The way that sleep data is displayed changes when you subscribe to Fitbit Premium, learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium? Keep in mind that you can always tap each sleep tab and view further information.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for reply.
In any case, The Premium package actually removes useful, time related, data that is not available elsewhere. In addition, people in other sections of the forum are also complaining about the graph’s omission.

While I’d gladly delete the premium package and hopefully get the chart back, a friend and I have started doing some of the challenges that may be a part of the premium package.

I had been using the chart for an informal study of sleep habits. Please consider adding the chart to the Premium package. It’s a useful data point.

@cwfly Thank you for getting back. I appreciate the detailed information shared.

The best place to make your voice heard is our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.

Hope to see your idea on the board.

The graph that we all love is still accessable with a premium account. If you touch the REM and Deep data window it will take you to the graph.

THANK YOU!!!

I was very disappointed when I could not find this graph, even thinking to change account so I could go back to basic not premium (I am in my free 6 month trial right now).

Thank you so very much for sharing this “trick”

I used to track my Deep, Light, Rem, and Awake times. and no longer see the 30-day averages and comparisons.

sleep-stages-july-2021.jpgaverages or 30-day comparisons.
