I received a msg that I am no longer eligible for Sleep Lab and to regain access I need to correct issues by 8/21 but it does not tell me the issue? What do I do?

Hey there @sunni725, nice to see you around.
Thanks for taking the time to share this situation with us, let me try to explain!
Labs are experimental, which means they are available for a limited time and eligibility requirements might change. If a lab comes to the end of its life cycle, it's removed from Fitbit Labs and is no longer available to eligible Fitbit users.
Also if the eligibility requirements for a lab change or you no longer meet them, you can no longer participate in the lab you previously joined. The lab appears with a prompt to “regain access” in your Labs settings. Therefore some labs are only available in certain locations and languages. These labs might have requirements such as an active Fitbit Premium subscription, a minimum age, or other eligibility criteria. You will need to check those details to see if something has changed.
You can learn more about the Fitbit Labs here.

Thanks @sunni725, for the update!
Just to be clear Fitbit Labs are indeed experimental and always evolving, so availability and features can change frequently.
To help me understand the issue you're experiencing, could you please share a picture or screenshot? This would be very helpful in troubleshooting!

@sunni725 the Sleep Lab was an experimental feature that was being tested for a limited time. The test has ended, so that feature is no longer available. There is not a way to get it back at this time.
