I downloaded and subscribed to Coach Premium. So far, cool. How do I find the Sleep Score and all the additional heart rate and restlessness information?

I am glad to hear that you are enjoying Fitbit Premium. If you want to know more about this feature, I recommend taking a look at the help article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?.
