Unable to log in to Fitbit Coach.

Fitbit coach states it doesn’t recognise my email or password

I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Coach board to keep our Community organized. I appreciate you have taken the time to share your experience with us. At this moment, if you haven't tried yet, please log in with your credentials in the Fitbit Coach website. If you're unable to log in, please restart your password through the website and log in again.

Hi

I have changed password and al it says is email address is linked to another account.

Don’t know how to get round this.
I am only using the one email address

Hi 

 

still unable to log into Fitbit coach. Changed password but it’s still saying email linked to another account. It’s my email and I’ve only used it on my Fitbit 

so annoying

I am sorry for the delay in respond and appreciate the update, have you checked the email that you have registered in your Fitbit account? Could you please provide me with some screenshots of what you are seeing?
