Sleep score and time asleep

Like many people with sleeping disorders, I wake up several times every night and stay awake for up to a couple of hours. Are these longer times awake accounted for in the calculation of the sleep score? My total time asleep is a bad indicator of my sleep quality since these ”pauses” interrupt the cycles, for example.

@Jecka75 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry. Your overall nightly sleep score is based on your heart rate, the time you spend awake or restless, and your sleep stages. Your overall sleep score is a sum of your individual scores in sleep duration, sleep quality, and restoration, for a total score of up to 100. Most Fitbit users get a score between 72 and 83.

You can double check last night's sleep graph by going to your Fitbit app or online Dashboard and tap on the sleep graph. Check the screenshot below:

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
