Hi.
I have already seen multiple threads about that, but I still write one because it's disappointing.
Making sleep insights (about my own data that I provide to you) locked behind a paid subscription is very outrageous. Don't you use that data to improve your systems already? Stop making me pay a second time.
I have bought a Fitbit watch for two reasons:
- I have troubles sleeping and I wanted something to track it, if you lock my data about sleep, it's useless. And yes I understand that a lot of the data is still available, but don't play me wrong here.
- It was less expensive than other watches brands that do the same: Now with the armbands that break so often and the subscription, it's coming more and more expensive.
While I understand that training programs, insights on these training and Fitbit coach can cost a lot of money to make, I don't want them and I don't want to pay for all of this when I would only access 20% of what the "premier subscription" gives access to.
And the fact that your application has become a pain in the butt to work with (sync not working almost every time, you have to restart the sync process one or two times. And no it's not the phone, I just changed for a new one, still has the same issues).
I was happy when I bought it but I am now disappointed. Once the stock of armbands I have bought will be empty I will stop using my watch if nothing changes.

Welcome to the Community @NoahBoegli. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about Fitbit Premium and bands.
We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers.
Regarding the synchronization, I would like you to make sure you have a supported device, this can affect that your Ionic doesn't sync smoothly to your app. Also, you can try this syncing troubleshooting once and if you continue having syncing issues, let me know, we're here to assist you.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
