All but a handful of meditations missing all of a,sudden? I have premium, been using for two weeks now and now there's only the first row and no option to select all. Also i uninstalled app, restarted phone, forced stop app, cleared app cache, and no updates. Idk what else to do. The only meditations left at 2 to 3 minutes on topics i don't need. I want a,sleep one and an energizing morning one i used before but they're gone. Please help!

@RissaEdwards Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
At Fitbit, our goal is to help our customers reach their goals with fun, interesting, and challenging workouts and guided programs. Sometimes this means refreshing the options by removing older content so we can make room for new workouts and programs.

@CmballardNE Hi there. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
The Mindfulness tile will show only 4 or 5 meditations. However if you visit Mindfulness in the workouts tab, you'll find many more.
Have a nice day.

It does not seem as if you read my entire post. My favorites for meditations is gone. I am going to the same place I have gone before and the meditations are mostly gone. I am paying for premium so I should have access, as of yesterday I do not. I only have access to four meditations.

It would help if customer support knew the app and gave us actual answers instead of scripted answers that are not actual replies to the questions.
I think what they are referring to is if you go to '"Premium" (the arrow icon at the bottom of the app) you will then see "Midfulness Sessions" then you can see the ones that were previously located under "Mindfulness" in your activity tracking. That is where all my favorites and other used to be but there are only 5 option there now. the other options are appearing under Premium / Mindfulness Sessions.

That is a scripted answer and does not answer the question.
By fishing around I can now see where my favorites have been moved to.it would have been nice if someone would have just explained that the access to favorites was moved.

At the bottom of the app on Androids select Premium, on the next page select Midfulness Seesions. On that page you should see a small Favorites button on top left. Anything you have favorited before should be there.
The mindfulness sessions page is also where they list all the available mindulness sessions.
I still wish someone from FitBit had explained this rather than the scripted answers that did not answer the question. Really poor customer service for troubleshooting.
