I bought and started using my Inspire 3 Fitbit four days ago, on October 25, 2023. I signed up for Fitbit Premium the next day, October 26, 2023.
All of my Premium features seem to be working *except* I don't get a Stress Management Score breakdown (Responsiveness, Exertion balance, Sleep patterns). I *do* get a simple Stress Management Score, and have gotten one each day.
When I click on my Stress Management Score, I get 3 pages explaining how I'll get a breakdown if I get a Premium membership. But I already have a Premium membership.
I see other Fitbit owners reported this problem at least two years ago. I've looked at, and tried, some of the "fixes" suggested, none of which helped.
I'd appreciate information on how I can get this Premium feature to work. Thanks.
