Hello,

I recently upgraded to a Versa 4 and activated my Premium service.  I am unable to activate stress management.  When I click on the '+' sign next to the tile, it brings me to the page but the 'Turn On' button is grayed out.  Any suggestions?

There should be a “consent/terms of service” page that you have to scroll to the bottom of (you have to at least pretend to read it) before you can activate the Stress Management feature.

However, it’s also possible that this is a bug with the latest app update. I have a Premium Subscription but have not been able to access the Stress Score component breakdowns in over a week.

Hello, ArcticWX,
I was able to scroll through the consent and that enabled the action.
Thanks for your help!

Hi!  Where do I find the consent?  I've looked everywhere.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!
