I had already tried the 90-day free trial, but last week I got a notification from the app saying that they were offering the free trial again, so I decided to sign up to give it another try, however I was immediately charged for the purchase. I started a chat with customer service and they said that we're only eligible for the trial once and after that every purchase is charged BUT the notification clearly said that they had allowed for another trial period. Has anyone else been offered a second try and also been charged for it?
