Terrible Fitbit Customer Service and Terrible Device

I bought a charge 6 with premium service and insurance for two years. The charge 6 will not pair with my iphone. I called customer support and wasted several hours trying to connect. The audacity of fitbit customer service was to say my iphone 12 has some problem even though my airpods and other connected devices work just fine. Then i returned the device and after 1 week i called to find out when will i get my money back and they said they have not received the device even though the Fed Ex tracking showed it was received. I sent the picture from FedEx and then they acknowledged they have received the device. I still have not received my refund. I have never had such a bad experience.
