Tips on how to start using Premium

I just received my Versa 2 today. I am a 52 year old female, recently recovered from a major surgery. I would like to get back into shape. Lose weight, strength and tone. I have started my free trial of premium and would like advice on where I should start with a workout. I do walk approximately 1-2 miles a day but would like to do more. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
