Hello, I'm trying to cancel my Fitbit premium 90 day trial. I've read through the Forum and have tried what is suggested in other common threads about canceling, and none of it is working.
I think the reason is because my Fitbit account is tied to a different email than my Google account which is where my subscription management takes me to. I cannot access the subscription through the email account that is tied to my Fitbit account. I need help canceling it before I get charged. Thank you.
