I have read all the comments and no one has answered the question.  I have Fitbit Premium and I want to turn off Snore and Noise Detect it is draining my battery by 30% every night and I have to charge my watch every other day.  How do I get rid of it and if the only way is to cancel Premium I will?

Not wearing watch with it right now, but remember this is close to it.  It is in Sleep tile on phone app, either a choice right away or under the gear/settings icon.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The problem there is no way to turn it off in the sleep tile on the phone app.  That is the issue we are all having.  I want to know how to remove it as it is not an option and it is killing my battery as I like the normal sleep app for tracking I just don't want the snore and noise detect on.  Any yes, I put my watch in sleep mode each night.

Your original question sounded like you didn't know where to find the place to turn it off. If you had said you had tried that, I wouldn't have wasted your time (and mine) telling you again.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I'm having the same problem - when i click on the sleep tile & the gear icon, there's no way to turn it off.. did you find a way to disable?
