My wife and I got the Inspire 2, and it came with a 1 year trial fo premium. I set mine up, hers won’t. We discovered that there is only 1 premium trial per apple id! NOT per device. I’m sure many couples, families, etc share an apple id. We both got Inspire 2, but only one of us can use the premium features...isn’t there another way??

Hi @ClarkL try setting up your wife with an account using a different email address. I use mail.com and it is free, works well and quite reliable. See if that works to get the second Premium set up.

Hi Odyssey! Appreciate the response. She is set up on a different email address...what I learned is that on our iphones, the premium subscription is automatically run through an apple id. Since we share an apple id, which I’m sure most couples/familys do...we can only do one premium sub. per apple id. Yes, I think that is backwards, Fitbit is throwing away possibly much more in revenue. Again, I appreciate the help.

@Odyssey13 Thank you for your assistance on the thread.
@ClarkL Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
The Premium subscription is activated using the phone default store. In this case, it's recommended to get in touch with Apple, they'll be able to provide options as you're both using one Apple ID.
Hope this helps.
