I tried multiple times to download my wellness report and each time I get the never ending spinning circle. I tried the directions fitbit techs have sent me and that didn't solve the problem. It says I need more than 30 days of data and I do have that. I tried reinstalling the app, logging out and logging back in, force stopping the app, and restarting it, and restarting my phone. I'm on a free trial, and I don't think it's worth the cost so far. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

I wouldn't hold my breath. The ability to download the Wellness report failed in early November. I have 8 separate "support tickets" on the issue as I first discovered what they have identified as a bug with v2.8 and we are now on V3.41 and it still does not work.
There is simply NO Accountability. I have been a Premium member since 2018 and am very disappointed.

They got back about my support ticket and said to make sure my pdf app was up to date. I don't know what they mean by pdf app and which one I'm supposed to be using. Do you?
