I am unable to subscribe to Fitbit Premium using my family payment method and when using Paypal, it is asking for my husband's Google password to complete the transaction. I have uninstalled, deleted the data, deleted the app from his library in the play store and installed it using my account and still it asks the same. I am the family manager for our account. What is the deal?

As your fellow Fitbit user, I'm not sure what the deal is.
You might want to ask Fitbit support.
I'm also going to move this thread to the premium board maybe another premium user will have an answer.

@Rich_Laue Thank you for moving the post to the Premium board.
I appreciate the detailed information shared. When subscribing through the Fitbit app a valid payment method is required and the only way to enter a payment is by either using Google or App Store. If you're in the US, Canada or UK you could purchase your subscription from the Fitbit Store.
