Unable to access Fitbit Premium

I signed up for a free trial of premium but can't use any of the features. Every time I try to click on a premium feature the app tells me I have to sign up for premium but when I attempt to sign up again it tells me I've already signed up for premium. I've already trying logging out and back in and uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
