Unable to download SpO2 clock face

I can not download thus, it keeps telling me i need to make sure i have the latest update. How fo i go about this? Any help greatly appreciated. Have a great day

I would like you to make sure you have installed the latest app version. Also keep in mind that the SpO2 clock face is available only in certain countries, please confirm you're searching the clock face in the Fitbit app gallery and then install it. If you're still unable to install it then let me know where you're located, the app version installed and phone model. This will help me move your post to the correct board.

@crazylady69 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

Note that the SpO2 clock faces are only available in certain countries at this time, if you don't see them in the Clock Face Gallery, the feature isn't available in your region. For more information on the availability of Fitbit SpO2, see fitbit.com.

 

Let me know if you're seeing the clock face but getting an error while trying to install it and where you're located.

Yes I have it downloaded. It will work one day and stop the next. It's like
it has a mind of its own. I'm so tired of companies acting like it's the
customers fault that we are stupid. I'm sorry if company's would listen and
figure out what's causing the issue on there end and stop passing the
issue. Then there could be answers and Solutions faster
