my six month trial ended and now it offering me another free trial for 6 months but I am already a premium member for a year
I did what the message tell me
Please force quit and then open the Fibit app. If you aren't able to access your premium content then please contact customer service. Error code: 1011
I have uninstalled the app and still gives this error or this one:
Please check your Payment details in your iTunes account and try again. Error code: 1000
even the app shows me a dialog telling me that I am already subscribed and when is my next renewal

Try to turn of Face ID for App Store purchases. It should do the trick.
