I would love to be able to renew my Premium subscription. Unfortunately, the Google Play email prompt to renew on my Android is different from my original Fitbit Subscription email. My passwords are not working.
What a shame. I enjoyed the Premium features. And now, when I got to my web based view of my Fitbit account, all I see is a graphic to join Fitbit Premium via Google Play. The Customer Support link in Google took me to the community screens. Apparently, Fitbit really is not interested in my Premium renewal. There is only so much time and effort I will make at this moment.
If anyone has been able to work through this successfully, I'd love to hear about what worked to restart your Premium subscription.
