My fitbit premium account has been on monthly billing since 2015. In a 6/18/24 email, fitbit informed that my membership would expire on 8/25/24 and that I would receive instruction via email concerning reactivation. Has anyone received those email instructions? I have not. Thanks.

Best AnswerHello @plumpkin and welcome to the Community. I moved your post to the Fitbit Premium forum, a better fit for your issue. I'm sorry, but I don't have an answer for you.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
Best AnswerThank you. The 6/18/24 email explained that the autorenewal policy was changing. I was invited to contact help.fitbit.com for more info but they hadn't a clue.
Same here. I received an email on 19 June 2024 saying my current auto renewal for Fitbit Premium is ceasing but I can’t find on the mobile app or on the Google Fitbit site on how to resign a new auto renewal. Do I have to cancel the current active subscription and start fresh again?
Best AnswerGlad to know that I am not alone. It is the morning of the 26th here and premium is still on my phone. Time will tell. If instructions are received, I will post them here. I'd appreciate your doing the same. Enjoy your day.
Ironic … here we are wanting to continue our memberships when many are probably wanting to cancel instead. Perhaps they are all shocked into silence 🤐 🤣🤣🤣
Best AnswerYou may be right, my friend. Morning here, expiration date +2, and premium is still humming along. Enjoy your day.
Best AnswerI got the same message and my Premium membership expired the same day. If you go into the app there should be the option to take out a new or renewed membership, with the annual offer being much better (£36) for the first year than the pay monthly. I assume this was done to move people away from monthly, and easily to cancel, billing.
Thanks for the information. Although Fitbit advised that my membership would expire on August 25, four days later, it remains alive and well. When it does finally wind down, I will be sure to look for the renewal option. Thanks again.
Best AnswerUpdate: Morning here and 5 days after the expiration date, fitbit premium was finally gone. "Get fitbit premium now" worked like a charm. I was able to renew for 1yr at US$31.99. Next August 30th, the rate will be US$79.99. All's well that ends well. Good luck, everyone!
Since renewing, I have received two emails urging me to reactivate my expired membership. I envision a myriad of systems cobbled together so it is impossible for one hand to know what the other is doing! Good luck.
