Fitbit made me pay for a service that I did not subscribe to, and I DID NOT want to use. In fact, I don't even have a FITBIT device since my last smart watch stopped working after a few months of use. This sucks. Fitbit forces a subscription on their clients and makes unauthorized charges.

Happened to me too. Currently trying to cancel after being charged without giving my okay.
