How do I activate the one year premium trial that comes with the Inspire 2. I was previously on a 3 month trial with an older Alta HR. Got the new Inspire 2 today and the packaging says it includes a one year premium trial but after setting up and syncing with the Fitbit app it only shows the old trial.

@Webmom Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Premium membership. If you are already have a trial you will need to cancel it before you can use the year of Fitbit Premium on your account.
@Odyssey13 thank you for your help in this thread.

@Alvaro - would definitely accept your help. I had already cancelled the previous trial - it is set to expire on Oct. 2. Do I need to do something to ensure the one year trial activates on my account? Or will that happen automatically after Oct. 2?

Hi @Webmom thank you for the update.
The notification about enabling the new trial period should show on your account in the following 3 days after your premium membership has been cancelled. Just wait after this happens on your account and see if you can enable the new period.
Let me know if you have any issues after the waiting period.

I got the same issue and I am a overseas user.
After activated my inspire 2, no premium subscription show in my app.
Tried re-install App, re-login account, re-add device, and nothing changed.
Until...
1. Change lang from non-English(device default) to English -> Premium Tab shows up!
2. Change location from non-US to US (auto-detect) -> Free 1 year subscription button shows up!
Now everything works well.

hi
I also have a similar issue, I did not previously have a Fitbit and have just joined, but the app has only registered 3 months free premium membership.
There is nothing in any documentation.
thanks for any help
