For some reason I can’t login in on my Fitbit coach app. I’ve changed my password but it didn’t helped. I always get an error message telling me the validation has failed.
Could you help me?

This has yet to be fixed? What's the point of joining the Premium account. This is very frustrating! I would like to know if i can Login to Fitbit Coach or not. It's a waste of my Time!!! I would like a reply please. Thank you.

I have done all the trouble shooting steps and can't login. Always receive the validation failure message

It's been over 2 years with this failure. I've officially given up and uninstalled the app. I'm done waiting for a fix.

I would like you to confirm you have the latest Fitbit Coach app version which is 4.6.2 for iOS and Android. Once you have the latest app version, please create a new password without any special characters (!@#$%).
