Verification email not arriving

I got the app a few days ago and I haven’t received the verification email? A message keeps popping up on the app to remind me to do it but I’ve tried resending it multiple times and it’s just not there. I’ve checked my junk folder as well

Let me help you with your missing verification email and thank you for checking the junk folder. This could be due to a typo in your email address when you created your account. To discard this possibility check the email address you used on your Fitbit account by going to account (tap the top left button) then scroll down to Security and Login.
