I got the Fitbit versa 2 special edition and I’m trying to get my premium trial but it just keeps loading, I’ve been waiting 10 minutes now

In order for the free trial to be activated your Versa 2 Special Edition needs to be set up to your account. Once it's set up please check the Discover tab in your Fitbit app and all the Premium features should be unlocked.
If after this you're still not seeing the subscription, log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it and log back in.
