Want to Discount from Fitbit primum

I wish to disconnect my Versa 3 from primum. I canceled the payment and still it is not discounted. My battery lasts much less due to the primum app.

When you cancel Fitbit Premium it does not take effect until the end of the time period you have already paid for i.e. when the next payment would have been. I don't think you can turn off the premium functions while you wait for that.

Dear support,

I accidentally accepted the registration fee of one year instead of one
month for free trial.

When I realized this mistake, I cancelled the payment for one year to
premium via apple support team and received my payment back.
My phone indicates that the registration to premium is cancelled due to
this.

Please check in your system and cancelle my registration to premium since
there is no payment for this registration.

I will be happy to talk with you if needed.
