This is the most infuriating website I have ever dealt with. I got a notice saying that premium couldn’t be renewed due to a credit card error. Ok, no problem. I click the link to update my info and it takes me to “my account” which has no options for updating my payment info. I am well acquainted with websites but could not for the life of me figure out how to update my info.
