After almost two mths of over 10K steps (average about 12K) and moving over 250 steps each hour I feel good but weight is still within +-1LB and always i eat less than i burn what's the math?

Hi, @ArunB! One thing to note is that most of us underestimate what we eat, so make sure you really are eating less than you're burning. Another thing to consider is that everyone has a different metabolism, so it may take more or less for you to start seeing weight loss. Finally, I would suggest taking a look at some of the ways to pace your consumption (more small meals or intermittent fasting being two examples that some people find effective).

Food I know fairly well, first a vegetarian (eggs allowed) and I eat a decent breakfast (eggs and toast) lunch is wheat tortilla 2 and lentils one bowl and ice cream sandwich. Dinner is normally only some fruits and supper is some nuts and glass of red wine. I wake up at 5.30 and bed by 9.30 Do Ti-Chi walking and flour excessive since LA fitness is closed. that is my story.
