Wellness report not being generated

I've tried 3 times in the past 2 days to generate the Wellness Report from the app. Each time I get the same error message.

 

"Something went wrong. We weren't able to generate your Wellness Report. Try again later".

 

I've produced the report several times before but why not now? Could it be because I cancelled my Premium membership effective from 22nd April?

Same problem here - just tried multiple times.   And I have NOT cancelled my premium service so I don’t think it’s anything to do with that.

Made multiple requests for wellness report over several days ... “something went wrong “... will cancel subscription if not resolved soon...

You'd think that the good guys at Fitbit would have responded to this thread as the issue has affected a number of people.
