Wellness report not downloading

I have a problem downloading my wellness report. Once it’s generated I click the notification received on my inbox and click download but the screen just keeps loading.

Try the following troubleshooting: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 
- Force quit it 
- Restart your phone 
- Log back in

I tried this several times.  Inbox indicates report is "ready" but it never downloads so I can't see it.  What now?  I have yet to see the benefits of this subscription.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. 

If you have an Android phone and you don't see the report in your inbox, check the Files app on your phone. Open the Files app > search for your Fitbit Wellness report > tap to open the file with Adobe Acrobat.

Ditto.  Same problem.  Same repeated disappointment.  Cancelling subscription as a result.\

This did not work for me. Any other suggestions? Why can't I get the wellness report through the web site?

 

I have the same problem. never finishes downloading or preparing for sharing. No value in Premium features.

 

This does not work! Plus why should you have to go through all that. Seems like this was been an issue for a while. It's a bug that should be fixed by Fitbit.

This didn't work for me, but I got help via chat. I had to uninstall the fitbit app and reinstall it, agreeing to all the permissions. Then it worked.
