Yoga videos missing from Premium

So I got the trial membership of fitbit premium. I was really enjoying the beginners yoga videos and added the prenatal videos because I'm overweight and having a belly those are modified 🙂 But now all the beginner videos and the prenatal video yoga workouts are gone! The only ones left are the very thin lady who does poses my body can never do and there are no modifications shown and a couple children's yoga videos. I'm so bummed out cause I loved the other workouts that they got rid of. I contacted support but unless I could give them the exact names of the videos missing they can't help me. At the end of the videos it asked if you want to log that workout and I do but unfortunately the app doesn't save the specific workout, only the type of workout so it only logs that I did X amount of time doing yoga. Has anyone else noticed their favorite workouts are now missing? I wish we could also search by specific workouts. I really enjoy the barre classes too but I gotta go through every workout and kind of guess if its that kind. The premium could be better and since they got rid of my favorite workouts I doubt I'll actually pay for it when my trial is over. Super bummed 😞

I truly appreciate the time you took to share your feedback, sorry to hear that your favorite workouts were removed. 

Now with Fitbit Premium is easier to favorite your workouts and then find them in a separate tab. To do so, just tap on the star that's in the top right corner. I found some of the children's Yoga workouts that you mentioned under 'Yoga' workouts one that's called: obé Kids Express Yoga with Alex which for me is the third workout showing under that tab.

Thanks I think? I know how to favorite a workout, thats how I knew my favorite ones were gone. My question is why did fitbit do this? I'm certainly not interested in the kids yoga.

The same thing has happened to me. It was the girl wearing blue top. Beginner flexibility and things. Don't know why they have been removed. My sister has the same so it's definitely a global thing.

Yes that's it! I loved those videos! I don't like the others as much, they aren't bad they just aren't my favorites. I hope they bring them back. I wonder if any other workout videos got deleted?

I’m having the same issue. Just noticed it this morning. A huge number of yoga workouts are no longer available. I’m paying for Premium so this isn’t something to do with the free trial. Fitbit, why did you remove these?

It's so frustrating. Unless they fix it I doubt I'll be paying for the membership once my trial is up. I even wrote it on my calendar to cancel the day before so the ball's in their court now. I just want my yoga videos back. I can always pay someone else for yoga videos so it really is their loss.

it would just be really great if we could have our videos back. I haven't worked out using the fitbit premium since they were deleted. I don't really like any of the other videos as much.

Im really annoyed about this too. I only joined premium for the prenatal yoga videos and now they are all gone! Fitbit can we have them back please! Ideally before i give birth...

Agreed! I don't understand why they would have taken away such a specific series of videos. Especially considering the other yoga videos aren't designed for pregnant women nor do they have any modifications, it's only if you're skinny can you do those poses. Which I am not lol. I hope they bring our videos back.

My favourite yoga’s are also all gone and I am a premium member. Some of my other favourite workouts are also gone. These were all in my favourite tab. There used to be so many yoga choices and now there are very few with the one lady. Will new workouts be added?

My favorite videos are missing from premium. Some from yoga, others from dance and kickboxing. I try chatting with costumer service about this and nobody could help because it’s like they don’t even know this is happening....and that is so annoying. I just ordered a new Fitbit sense but if costumer service is going to be like this I might return it and go with Apple Watch...is someone else experiencing the same? At least I would like someone form Fitbit with answers and that could tell me if this is just a problem that will be fixed or they just removed a bunch of video and won’t put them back but the fact that nobody could help me is a little unprofessional. I’m just very frustrated 😞

They certainly are not. I talked to them before I made this post and unless I had the exact name of the video they couldn't help me. Im not sure why, like they don't know their own videos??? I was really enjoying the videos but I'll probably cancel that service now. No sense in paying for something I can't use.

Can we get a definitive answer as to why these videos were removed?  Was it a licensing issue?  Did Fitbit remove content that was less popular?  Some other reason?  And also will these videos be put back now that people are complaining?  I’d like this information before I make the decision to cancel or not cancel my premium membership. Can we get real and specific answers for this issue please?

Agreed! If its a paid for program why take away our videos and give us less options for our money? I'm certainly going to be canceling unless I get my videos back. They've completely isolated an entire group of people now by removing the prenatal videos. I'm not even pregnant but I'm larger so I can't even do the videos that are left because they are for thin people. There's no modifications. I'm disappointed.
