I noticed that one of the fitbit team has produced an excellent FAQ on premium and in there is refers to the same help file I linked to earlier. @MattFitbit can you help here?

In the help file for premium ( https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2437 ) it says:
"For instructions on how to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription, visit the Apple support page or Google Play support page."
Seems a rather strange way of doing it! Let us know how you get on.

Sorry about that. That's the only thing I've seen so far about cancelling. Hopefully someone else will post with an answer.

I have an android, and going to google play and looking at my subscriptions worked perfectly. I canceled it in 2 seconds. Thanks.
