Hello @stewie007 and welcome to the Community. Non-premium users get sleep stages graphs, reflecting your sleep quality, but this only accounts for 25% of your sleep score. Premium users get additional information on their sleep Duration (50%) and something Fitbit calls Restoration (25%). Duration looks at time awake and time asleep. Restoration looks at your sleeping heart rate, looking for the amount of time your sleeping heart rate is lower than your resting heart rate. It also looks at how much time you spend tossing and turning. So to answer your question, you can't.
