Active Minutes and Minutes displayed in report, difference?

What is the difference between two different minutes shown in activity report? See attached picture, marked in Yellow circle. IMG_1724.jpg

Those are the calculated Active Minutes for that exercise activity, and they are added to the daily Active Minutes total shown on the dashboard.

@heeemz, the minutes at the top of the chart are the total clock minutes that you recorded the exercise. The Active Minutes at the bottom of the chart are when you were operating at an elevated heart rate. Active Minutes very seldom match the clock minutes, mostly due to warm up and cool down periods.

The 15:27 is the total length of the exercise period.

 

The +7 is the amount of that previous 15 minutes that was considered "active", with "active" being defined as burning 3 times your Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR) which for most people is between .8 and 1.2 calories a minute.

 

Looking at the calorie burn chart and the 7 minute number they seem to validate that calculation.
