Activity calorie tracking

When I manually enter a yoga exercise on my computer, 75 minutes generally produces 351 calories burned. However, if I track the exercise with my tracker, the number of calories burned over the same period of time is very different, usually about 150 or so (2 cal/minute as opposed to 5). Any idea what's going on here? Charge 2.

Hi, @RogerL50! If you log the activity manually, it's giving you an estimate based on the activity and your body information. If you log it from your tracker, it's using your heart rate and body information. The one based on your heart rate is generally going to be more accurate for an activity.
