Not receiving my emails for my weekly progress reports

I'm sorry you're having problems receiving your weekly report emails. I'd like to help you out with this.
I'd recommend going to your notifications preferences on the Fitbit website. For this, go to www.fitbit.com, log in and then, click on the gear icon at the top right corner. Click on Settings and then, click on the Notifications tab on the column that you'll find on the left side.
Here, make sure that the Weekly Summary option is enabled and it it is, try to disable it, save the changes and enable it again.
Also, make sure you're constantly syncing your tracker in order to receive all this information.
