Hi there!
I have been unsuccessful at resetting the time on my Fitbit charge 2. Any suggestions?

Hi, @TheSurvivor56! Sometimes turning off the automatic time zone in your app, syncing, and then some combination of leaving it off or turning it back on can help.

Usually a restart will take care of it

If it does not then try this
On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to a different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again
Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above
Make sure the time is correct on your phone and computer as well and that's where it picks it up from
