Activity graphs not showing up on Windows PC for Charge HR.

My recent activities show up on my dashboard with a small graph, minutes, and avg bpm.  When I go to the workout detail page by clicking on the activity, I get space for bigger graphs of heart rate, heart rate zones, and calorie burn but no graphs. I do get the summary text on the left such as avg heart rate and avg cal/minute but just a big empty space to the right of that where the bigger graphs should be.

Great to see you around @JohnnyRow! 🙂

I'd say try different browsers if you haven't yet... see if you get the same thing using a different one or for instance, try checking your dashboard from a different computer. It could be that any setting on your computer itself is preventing your browser to load the graphs. Also if you could attach a screenshot of how it looks, this would also be very helpful.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks. I should have thought to try that myself.  It does work in I.E., just not in Firefox, at least how I have it configured.

I have the win 10 fitbit app, linked to a Charge 2, but the sleep display does not show time or activity during sleep as my android app does.
